Douglas Jones is one of the founders and a principal shareholder in The Elder Law Practice of Douglas R. Jones & Cynthia Orlicek Jones. Mr. Jones graduated with honors from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, earning a degree in Business Management. He then received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he also graduated with honors. Mr. Jones received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he was a finalist in the National Moot Court competition. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and Wealth Counsel (a national association of Estate Planning Attorneys). He has been a frequent lecturer in business and trust law at colleges and universities. Mr. Jones has been in the private practice of law since 1985.
Douglas Jones is a widely acclaimed speaker and seminar leader in the field of estate planning and asset protection. He is recognized for his ability to reduce complex legal principles into understandable concepts. He has been a frequent guest on radio talk shows, such as KARN in Little Rock. Mr. Jones is a member of the Cabot United Methodist Church, where he chairs the endowment committee and serves as a representative of the Board of Stewards. He is a past President of the Sherwood Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Cabot Rotary Club and has served various local civic clubs. Mr. Jones is also co-chair of the 2008 Alzheimer's Association Gala.

Cynthia Orlicek Jones is also a founder and a principal shareholder in The Elder Law Practice of Douglas R. Jones & Cynthia Orlicek Jones. Mrs. Orlicek Jones graduated with from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, earning a degree in Business Management. She then received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she was a finalist in the National Moot Court competition. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and has been in private practice since 1985.
Cynthia Orlicek Jones practices primarily in the area of elder law and special needs law and has helped many Arkansas residents with these issues. She has spoken before many groups about elder law issues and is considered as one of the area's premier elder law attorneys. Mrs. Orlicek Jones is a member of the Cabot United Methodist Church, where she has served on the Board of Trustees and other committees. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Beyond Boundaries in Lonoke County and also a member of the Board of Directors of Lonoke County Habitat for Humanity, where she volunteers many hours annually. Cynthia is also co-chair of the 2008 Alzheimer's Association Gala.
Cynthia resides with her husband Doug and three children in Cabot, Arkansas.
